Which country does samosa come from?

Samosa originated in the Middle East,it was introduced to India during the Delhi Sultanate rule.

The word of samosa was Hindi, a triangular pastry case containing spiced vegetables or meat and served fried.

How samosa become crispy?

We usually fry it,and when we fry,there are few tips.

  1. deep fry the samosas
  2. Light the fire, pour into half pot of oil, heat the oil to boiled and reduce to medium heat.
  3. Use medium heat,till the skin become yellowish

  4. Remove from pan and drain oil,natural cooling
  5. adjust to low heat, fry the samosa again until golden.

It was later adapted as a vegetarian snack with spicy potato filling in India (which is what is most popular in northern India).
